Expensive. Bill tripled last month. Asked for clarification and no response yet. Red dit it, very common problem where they make bunch of mistakes on their billing and somehow it's our responsibility to chase them down.

Con Edison says that 2-letter last names are not valid & people with 2-letter last names can’t sign up for utilities, when 2-letter last names are common among the Asian community. To think that a company that’s so terrible with inclusion and customer support can have the industry monopoly in NYC... I’m disgusted.
