The receptionist is pretty rude. Not a very waem or welcoming person you'd want to pick up your business phone. She's always rushing you off the phone, and cutting you off, she's even likely to raise her voice for no reason

They don't follow privacy rules for tenant's in NJ law. They are rude and overbearing. They blame you for other tenant's issues. Maintenance have poor repair performance.

Blue Onyx is a God send to ne and my girls. They truly care about people and the community. I need to say they really really say that blue Onyx afforded my girls and I a better way to improve our quality of living. The staff has great excellent personalities and are great people. There is a blessing of great multitude to these people of this company. So I'm in the apt. Now and its peaceful. My daughter says this is the best Christmas present. My granddaughter is living her own room finally. Blue onyx made it happen. A special kind of people. I still appreciate blue Onyx, but one of the tenants used deceitful words to the office, we've only been in the backyard once and we've corrected that mistake weeks ago. The building is kept clean and quiet. We mind our business and pray that others do the same. Blue onyx, our pet does not use the backyard. Since patricia the office keeps hanging up saying she has other calls. Her actions does not effect my gratitude for the betterment of me and my girls gratitude for the apartment and we are continuously working hard, abiding by the rules to continue our stay here. Thanks again 4 months later.
