No one calls you back when you need them. If you guys are not ready to help why do you tell us to call and leave a voicemails. I know is a time of a pandemic but at least they have everyone work from home to do their work. Someone not doing their job. Parents are very frustrating because of this issue. And you get paid, so do what you supposed to do.

As far as I’m aware Thursday’s are the late days until 6. The other days i think until 5pm
