I was calling for information on the price of a flight out of NY and they put me on hold and then the operator hung up the call herself, call queens and call Brooklyn in Brooklyn was that the operator told me to wait and hung up the call what kind of ineptitude they have staff and operators at the forefront and if it were a real emergency, the patient 00000 dies at the services and the frequency 👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible place llamas and they never have Time to serve you and if they put you on hold you end up hanging up they have no respect they don't help you with your questions either I do not recommend them to search for flights A thousand times better to call the company directly
