My friend and I took Chef Jen’s croissant class this past weekend and we had a blast. Chef Jen was informative yet approachable and our final product felt super professional (not to mention delicious). Plus you leave with 6 croissants per person! I will definitely be taking another class here.

I took the macaron baking class on July 24 for my birthday along with my boyfriend. We made Italian macarons and took home 1 box each with 3 fillings (lemon, chocolate, strawberry). You can choose 1 color per person for the shells. I’ve been wanting to take this class since I am a self-taught baker and struggle perfecting macarons. It was a fun class! The kitchen was smaller than I expected (I recommend 2-3 people for a group) but it was a great experience regardless. The instructor who taught Simon’s macaron recipe was very welcoming and efficient. He even handed out cold water bottles for everyone (it was 100F this day). I’m from NJ, and I had left my bracelet in my apron and didn’t realize until I came home 2 hours after. I called and spoke with a lady on the phone and she immediately told me she could have it sent out through mail the next day. I just received my bracelet in the mail today, one week after, and am grateful. They have a wonderful team and staff that truly cares about their customers. 10/10 recommend!
