We weren't even spoken to when we came in. No one offered to help us AT ALL! 2 very young cashiers who were too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge paying customers. No thank you, no nothing once we paid and were leaving. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON COURTESY HAS DEFINITELY DEFINITELY GONE TO THE DOGS!

How long does a customer have to pick up BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders?

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
