While the coffee you get at this location is the classic Starbucks coffee the experience is not. Previously, I stopped going to this location without a mobile order due to the excessive wait times now I’ll avoid it at all costs. After waiting 30+ minutes in the store after my mobile order’s ‘estimated ready’ time I inquired when it would be ready and was told that my order had not yet been printed and they were behind 30-40 minutes. This completely defeats the purpose of a mobile order and while I do enjoy coffee I value my time more.

I have not been able to get my organic coffee in over 2 months not happy about that your answer is is the supply problem not theirs

Everyone either hates or loves Starbucks and I'm with the lovers. They always get my order right even if it's complicated. Today I got the Caramel Frappuccino and it's great. The only thing that caught be off guard was how strong it was but it was still great! I will always come back!!!

Horrendous the drive through wasn't working had to get down and we got our orders mixed. I had to say please refill the napkins as we could not get one napkin. I hope other brands of coffee franchises would start. As this is the third Starbucks that I have gone and no drive through and horrible service. So this location today in winter haven fl on Saturday it was in miami fl on sw 40 st and 116 Ave. And Friday on nw 41 st and 112 Ave in Doral FL. It really has gone down in service in cleanliness I had never seen the garbage overflowing in your locations must be that I Always used drive through and never saw how filthy your locations are
