I guess I need a new office supply store. I recently bought a desk that was not delivered when it was stated it would be. I waited as long as I could (I NEEDED a desk) and I canceled the order. They billed me anyway AFTER they sent me an email confirming the cancelation. Real nice. So I had to use my credit card company to make it right - which they did. But this won't be happening again. Those of us running a business don't have TIME to deal with ridiculous customer (lack of) service like this. One and done!

This store is a Gainesville gem. The computer tech staff are kind, diplomatic and well trained. Their annual $120/year tech support package is a deal. The store manager and assistant managers get to know their clients and help you get what you need and avoid buying stuff that you really don't need. It is one of my favorite stores in Gville; I am there 2-3 times a week. Easy, safe parking and great staff.
