I have been a pt. With Barrow for 3yrs+. Being a pt. Who is needle phobic I'm the worst kind of back pain pt! After having 2 laminectomies & spinal fusion at good sam I was left with severe permanent nerve damage back pain and hypersensitivity but the docs & staff here are the very best of the best! They listen and are attentive to all my Healthcare needs including my phobia! They ensure my comfort during all of my procedures! Their office & procedure rooms are extremely clean and comfortable! Best of staff best of care! Thank you!

Horrible desk and scheduling staff! Not sure about the doctors though because it took them 2 years of dealing with their desk to get any answers. I had to jump through hoops and get them everything they needed. First, the issues were because COVID….. Then, every time I got what they needed they asked for more. Her primary even said she was all set and they still gave me trouble. Also, I was the one calling them to even find out what the next steps were. They were very rude, and didn’t even know what they were talking about most of the time! They were not helpful at all. I had to do all the footwork, which is fine, but my mother needed help! She has been declining very quickly with her memory issues. After doing all this with them over and over I just gave up and went to a different place! They seriously didn’t care and gave me every excuse why they couldn’t get her in. Her primary was even pushing for us to get her in. These were things I never even heard of places not helping with or wanting. All this for them to keep pushing her off. Just start somewhere else in my opinion! Don’t waste valuable time! This is horrible when your loved one needs help fast!
