If you ever have to file Bankruptcy, I highly recommend Neeley Law. They handled the process extremely well which made me feel less anxious about what was to be expected. They communicated well with me throughout the entire process and their staff is incredibly friendly!

The team all worked together and made our B K easier than expected. Karen Bentley was our assigned layer. Super nice, caring and really made us feel at ease with our decision to move forward. But a special thanks to our paralegal Rosa! I can sit here and go on about how professional and on point she was through the whole 3 months. She worked with us to get all of our schedules in order to fill and always responded back to us right away via email or by phone.

Neely Law was very easy to work with. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and very thorough on all of the items we needed to file. Janet the Paralegal and all of the Lawyers we spoke too were exceptional.

I have a debt, that is from 2004 receive by mail garnishment from Midland Funding. the debt is past statue of limitation , what they're doing, is it legal ? my understanding is any debt that is past the statue of limitation you can not garnish.

Hi Valerie, if Midland is already garnishing, then it has a judgment against you. The statute of limitations only applies as a defense to the lawsuit (before judgment is granted). Now that Midland has a judgment, the statute of limitations is no longer applicable. - Kenn Neeley

What was the total cost of your bankruptcy, and what were your monthly payments?

Hi Steven, the total fees and the monthly payment amount depend on the complexity of the case. We'll discuss options with you at your initial consultation and we'll make sure it's very manageable for you. Also at your initial consultation we'll talk to you about several other critical factors for a successful bankruptcy and how to rebuild your credit and financial future. Thanks for the question!
