Very friendly staff...but very understaffed and they are working very hard. So please don't fuse at the staff if you are waiting 20 like us for your order. They are nice and doing everything they can but have no help.

The last two times I have been there, they did not have chicken cooked and told me it would be 30 minutes. I ended up stuck in the drive thru behind customers waiting on their food for 15 minutes because there is no other way out once you are in the drive thru. I started to write a really bad review, but ended up at the website that says they are currently looking for a GM, Assistant, Shift supervisor and team members. They have no help. They need to either find a way to attract a crew or close entirely. I might return as a customer someday, but it will be quite a while if I do.

Ordered lunch. Nice hot fresh chicken. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good, the coleslaw had no dressing in it so it wasn't as good as it could've been but over all good KFC chicken lunch.

I understand that restaurants are having a hard time but that is no excuse for what happened last night and they were not busy at all. I pulled up to drive in speaker last night on 1/11/2022 @830pm. The boy that answered the intercom seemed distressed and out of breath. When I gave my order of a chicken sandwich and a famous bowl he huffed and said I guess we can do that. I should have left right then. I get to the window and sat there for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. When he came to the window he was making all kinds of faces and grunting because someone pulled up to the speaker to order. He handed me my order then 10 minutes later he finally gave me my drinks. Had to ask for napkins and straws which made him mad. My chicken sandwich was either cooked way to long or cooked at lunch because you couldn't bite into it from being so tuff. Calling management this morning and will not go back.
