We hired this company to take care of my mom Who had dementia. The women that was taking care of her saw a fire starting in the house and ran out leaving my mom and dad to be killed in the fire. She didn’t even call the fire department got in her car and left the scene stay away from this company. The fire was on church st in Philly on 4/18/2021 about a week after the fire they had a lawyer call me asking for them after they knew they had passed away this place should be shut down for good

From the beginning coming in here I was thrown off. They made me sit for a 3 hour orientation to tell me it’s unpaid. Their orientation lacked efficiency and professionalism. They need better management especially if they want people to sit through a 3 hour unpaid training

Horrible company. One of the worst. PLEASE just look for a different company. I’m about to switch. They are unprofessional, they never answer the phone or return phone calls. The staff aren’t very friendly. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear and then NOT come through on ANY of their promises. Just save your time, LOOK ELSEWHERE. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

never...they are never going to lead you in the right direction because they are probably cheating you out of your money. im trying to get my client to change since she was recently called by the agency and they hung up on her!!! She now sees that i was not joking about them being rude to me since the merge of the two companies.
absolutely NOT... and my client had covid. The emergency plan wasn't set up for her or her family and I still cared for her and stayed covid free myself!
