I rented a van from here to go to Georgia for a family emergency. I explained to Dawn our situation and she immediately helped us to get transportation to get where we needed to go. I was so overwhelmed and stressed due to my family emergency I left my wallet in the van not thinking I left it there when I checked my transactions to see the last time I used my card was at a car wash prior to bringing the rental back. 2 days passed by when I realized my wallet was missing and it was still in the van. I called up there and they had already vacuumed and cleaned out the van as well but they still allowed me to come and check myself because they didn’t see my wallet. When I get there I check where I last left it which was in the middle consul it was untouched no money not a penny was missing. Very thankful !!!!

I highly recommend Magna automotive for your car rental needs. The big chains got nothing on this small shop. They by far exceeded quality service. I was in and out fast, they picked me up at the shop that was fixing my car and dropped me back off when I brought their car back. And the price I paid was 150 less than the big chains quotes. I'd definitely go back to Magna if I'm in titusville and in need of a rental.

The truck they sold me seemed great but a few issues i. Not happy with! 1. Selling price verbally was $4200 plus tax & interest, so why is the selling price on paper say 4599? 2. The tires were dry rotted, so bad to the poi t 3 days after i got it, i had to get a used tire because the belts were broke in all 4 tires! 3. The transmission dipstick look lime it was i. Chocolate milk, & jason told me they fix any & all issues i had with truck in the 30day warranty. They replaced the radiator that houses transmission cooler-& then said they. Would go in half when i inquired about servicing the transmission, when after the repair the dip stick looked lime it was in a childs antibiotics-milky like pink, they weren't equipped to service it the way it needed to be.4.. the rear brake lights & turn signals didn't work- they had to do something w/wiring harness in steering column. 5. Why am i being charged 135 for tag & title when i brought my own and DMV said the fees shouldn't be over $85? Well, now lets see how honest they are for the payoff # they give my insurance since i had an accident

Jason you are the best! I was desperate need of car so I can get around with work and back and forth with my daughter. And I left with a car in my budget he worked with my budget. And I definitely left a happy customer! Thank you again Jason you are the best!
