I am writing a 1 star review simply b/c of in office staff member Leslie who was not helpful what so ever when I had an appt a few weeks back (Greenwich location). I was told to fill out the new patient info pre appt form which I did. Day of my appt I still had not received my physical card from my new insurance, but had the online version which I uploaded already to the new patient form. I called to give them a heads up, the call center stated I needed the physical card but when I initially scheduled the appt I was told I didn’t. The call center transferred to the office after explaining the situation. LESLIE picked up and was very rude, dismissive and never let me finish my statement b/c “the call center shouldn’t of transferred you to us. Any insurance questions speak to them” She kept repeating the call center number in the middle of my talking stating “I can’t talk to” I ended up missing my appt and had to reschedule for a different location. 2nd Call center person I spoke with was very nice! Rescheduled the appt and confirmed I didn’t need the physical insurance card if I had the numbers which I did. Even spoke to their supervisor about this to confirm. Leslie hands down will be the only reason I will never go to the Greenwich location. Going to the doctors office shouldn’t be that difficult and staff shouldn’t treat patients like that. It was a mess!
