This place has really gone downhill. I’ve recommended this ER in the past but I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy now. Walked in and one of the girls checking in was eating and the other couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions. The triage nurse was atrocious, asked my mom what she wanted them to do that urgent care didn’t do, said “I guess we’ll go ahead and see you then” didn’t even take her temperature when she reported a fever. She is 69 with a productive cough and couldn’t even be bothered to get any prior medical history or a list of meds. We then spent over 3 hours in the waiting area while I counted 11 people discharged but was told there were no rooms.

I brought my elderly father here after he took a fall and complained of pain. The computer system had been down since Sunday and there was no urgent bone in their body. My father needed to use the urinal, but there was not one in the room and the little Chinese guy was not in a hurry to get one. Of course my dad had an accident. You talking about upset. They don't look or act professional.

The Doctor is a 12yr old idiot. I came in with severe abdominal pain, leaking everywhere, with xrays and a Dr's note from my Dr that I need to have this IUD removed immediately. The Doctor made me wait 8 hours! Before telling me he thinks it's in the right place and i need to go to an obgyn and spend more money to find out what he already knows and can take care of but refused. . Absolutely wrong. 3 other Doctors have addressed the situation. Why is this place even open? They don't do anything!

Worst by far!!! Doctor not attentive at all. Nurse didn't follow up with any Tylenol for a fever. 3 hour plus visit. To top it off the nurse left the room with rolling computer in room while opened to ALL visible patients who were checked in. Can we say HIPAA Violations!! Who else saw my personal info!!
