I have gotten the best haircuts of my life at this Barbershop, but each time without any level of customer service. You walk in and no one says anything to you unless you are regular. I had an appointment at 4:15, I arrived on time and my barber didnt acknowledge my existence until 4:35 when I asked how much longer until he would be ready for me. 4:55 I decided to leave and cancel the appointment. Very frustrating to be sitting there 40+ minutes when you have an appointment.

It's difficult to support a business, black owned or not, when the owner has a bad attitude. The owner deleted his nasty response to my post. He didn't attempt to rectify the matter, but stated that he was glad I left. BAD BUSINESS - Terrible customer service. I called ahead of time and asked if we could walk in and was told yes. I confirmed the shop closing time. My son and I came in at 5:45 and waited for 30 minutes. At 6:15 The owner asked that we come back at 7:30. We left and came back at 7:30 and waited another 45 minutes. We sat patiently, listening to him talk about sports and complain about not cooking for memorial day. After 45 minutes, we left, he didn't care or acknowledge that we had waited for so long. Customer service gets a negative 10. Don't advertise walk-in service if you're incapable of accommodating such. Just because a customer walks in doesn't mean it's okay to have them wait more than 2 hours. The owner stated that he was exhausted..yadayada....it's not an excuse,and not your paying customer's problem. That's the price you pay as a business owner. If you're going to complain about your responsibilities as such then you may need to rethink your decision. It's called BAD BUSINESS. When you're exhausted, you get sloppy. Good customer service means telling the customer that I am booked and would it be okay if someone else cuts your son's hair. Waiting 2 hours is UNACCEPTABLE.
