We pretty much exclusively buy meat from Law Ranch. They basically have anything you could want. Great quality. I now have my parents and my good friend obsessed with their pork chops. My mom said she over cooked them and they were still the best pork chops she's had in a long time.

Thank you for your interest in our product. Whole and halves are $4.50 on the dressed weight. A half usually cost $1,400 to 1,600. A quarter is $4.95 a pound on the dressed weight and cost $800 to 975 each. See our website lawranch.com for more information.
We sell by the dressed weight (hanging weight) which is the carcass before it is dry aged and packaged. You will lose at least 35% to the take home weight. Our halves dress 325 to 400# and cost $4.50 a pound which includes the butcher fees.
