Asked about getting new shocks. She said she would see if they had any in stalk and let us know. She never did. She decided to call the dealer without our knowledge and get them from there. Than was going to charge us over 1100 dollars for them and install of them. We said no. They did do our pm . Took over 2 hrs to do that. Drove about 20 Miles down the road our check engine light cane on. Called the 800 number and they said I hadc2 codes that became active 8 minutes ago. 1 was going to shut my truck down and the other showed a open fuel pressure. Called the TA back. They said bring it in and they would look at it. They changed out the fuel filter they put on. So that code cleared. Still have the second code. The mechanic basically said it was the tech who messed up our truck. He tried everything to help us but finally said we had to take it to the dealer. The woman working behind the counter had a attitude saying it was just a coincidence. We talk to the dealer and told them was happened and what she said. He laughed and said no it's not. Put a phone call into the corporate office and tge manager of the TA. Waiting to hear back. This is going to cost rhem.

Trucks have to park in truck parking You should move the ten cars out of truck parking so we can PARK. Fuel is high, elds have no give on time. I've purchased 1800 dollars in fuel over 3 days. Please have the cars park in front, and bobtails too. Thanks

These people are happy to waste your time too. Waited 12 hours for an oil change and they expected me to wait 2-3 more hours. When they finally brought me into a bay, the only mechanic left. Always remember, if the TA phone rings, they pass that problem straight to you, company policy.

This place has really gone downhill since covid. I used to come here because there is plenty of parking oh, the showers were clean, the people were friendly, and there was always a couple of washing machines and dryers available. I drive 20 miles out of the way just to come to this ta. The last few times I've come here I have been very disappointed. The showers have been dirty and their new employees aren't very good at their jobs. Tonight I came to use the washing machines and three of the five had a sign on them saying out of order authorized used only. Two of those were in use by one of the employees. I got lucky and still had the two washers available. I guess the only thing I'll be coming back here is for a place to park if there's nothing available anywhere else
