Very bed experience we had appointment at 9am it's 1:40pm now and Driver still there waiting for them to release the vehicle appointment was changed 3 times you can't talk to them about anything at all, all they do is just hold you for all day 👎👎👎

Ridiculous restrictions at this location that other locations don't have. Not allowing guest members to enter the lot. Not allowed in if the safety vest is orange instead of yellow. All this because their employees are running each other over with the loaders. Stop punishing the customers because you have poorly trained employees.
