Our experience was pretty good for the most part. At one point I believe a circuit breaker had tripped and we had not heard back from anyone at the office until 24 hours later. Thankfully they were able to hook up to another post hook up site. Otherwise everything went great beginning to end. Would recommend RV value mart to friends.

Everything was great BUT two things... the driving was 1.5hrs late and it was hard to get in touch with Ms. Gomez due to high calls and it's only her that's answering the phone for Rentals. Hopefully I get my drop off money back (dont to the 1.5hr lateness because I still don't see it posted in my account yet. I'm making it a 4 star but if that money don't drop its a 2 star.

Was told @ 8:15am the trailer would be brought to the campground @ 9:15. Arrival time came and went and 40 minutes later still no trailer and the office would not pick up the phone or return my calls.
