Yes, you can walk your dog at this park, as long as you clean up after it.
Splash pad is open to the public. There is no camping in the park. The natatorium is part of Prosper ISD. I am not sure if it open to the public.

Hello well I'm not sure because it's a different city I would think you would need to go to City Hall of Prosper and ask for their permits! P.s let me know if you got approved I'd like to go help support for the animals.

Yes. Dogs are not allowed on the soccer fields
I believe there is, but only accessible when the ball park area is open.
There's no charge for use of park. The playing fields need to be reserved, tho'.
