Great location...poor service and quality. This place is in a great location, right in the heart of downtown but that's about the only positive to the motel. There was definitely mold in one if our rooms and the smell was very off-putting. Our room, which was significantly in need of a deep cleaning and upgrade, had a very old tube television, which doesn't hold much value to my review as we really only use a room to sleep but I think it's worth noting as others may be disappointed. There was a working fridge in the room which was useless but no coffee maker, microwave or hair dryer available. The office did offer complimentary coffee but I don't believe it was refreshed or cleaned very often, so wouldn't recommend. The attendant was friendly but was definitely more interested in talking to their coworkers, playing with their phones or really anything else than to get up or come to the desk. There is a pool available and free off street parking. If you need a safe place to sleep for the night on a budget, this place will suffice. Just lower your expectations and hope for a clean room! We had rooms 17 and 18.

This was the worst motel / hotel we have EVER stayed at. Slimy carpet, WIFI would not work - they said it "could" be hit or miss. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you filled it with water each time yourself. It ran all night long. Bugs. Totally discussing. I couldn't sleep. We checked in at 8 pm. and left by 8 am. because we couldn't take it anymore. They stated that the "OWNERS" won't do anything about the hotel. The towels to bath in were so thin, you could have used them as a childs diaper. We had to go to a nearby family members place to shower. DO NOT stay here!!!!! Worst $154 we have ever spent!!!

On our wat to NYC from south tx and we landed here for the night the Location was awesome motel was actually pretty good a lil outdated but for the price you can't complain the couple running the place we're really cool I can say motel was way better then others we stayed in that cost 150$ plus so all in all we had a great experience here and will definitely be back in a week for some sightseeing

This has always been a decent and cheap place to stay. I have been staying here for over 20 years. Unfortunately this year I am actually disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. It seems to have gone down hill. Don't get me wrong it is a cheaper hotel, but has always been clean. This year there seems to be more people using the facility as a permanent address (not sure if this has anything to do with cleanliness, but to me it seems too much of a coincidence) and the housekeeping they have employed currently is very lacking in the cleanliness area. On a personal note, the mattress are very stiff, and at least for me very uncomfortable.
