You put my oil filter cover on so tight I had to buy a breaker bar to remove it. Also why do oil changes take 2+ hours every time I go to your service center? I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. The risk of jiffy lube is better than bringing your business here.

Poor customer service!

No customer service skills, nobody looks up from their cell phones when you walk into the building. They don’t even greet you even when you greet them first. I always thought that you should be courteous to people that you want to sell your products too. I guess they have forgotten that they need satisfied customers to stay in business. Word of mouth can be the best or worst advertisement for a business. Update: I received a phone call from a Manager at Hertrich. He was very polite and listened to my complaints. He thanked me for letting him know about the poor service I received. He ensured me that this is not the way Hertrich treats his customers and that he will work with his staff to improve customer service.
