BEST UHaul experience ever! Rented a UHaul to move from the Main Line to school in Philly and the process was so seamless! Latoya was so sweet and the guy (whose name I didn’t catch) was so nice as well! When we got back, they remembered us and asked us how everything went! They were super personal and everything went as smooth as possible for an anticipated stressful day! 10/10 recommend!

I make a reservation of a 20’ truck in advance of 10 days at least. But the store called us just before they closed, I missed the call, and after I called back, they closed. Then I received a message saying the truck was not available. They just changed the truck to a smaller one. And this morning, I came to the store to pick up the key at 7:00 AM. But nothing in the key lock box! I called customer service, but they still could not solve the problems and asked me to come back at 9. But my moving team is arriving at 8. Who will compensate us? Extremely irresponsible.
