I was so very happy with my experience with Detailing by Jonathan. Jonathan and Mike were very professional. They got back to me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions pre-appointment. Day of the appointment, I am a nervous driver sometimes and Jonathan was so kind to pull my car into the garage and out of it - which was perfect for me and for his walls! It was a professional and clean environment (as clean as a garage can be that is used for auto services). They allowed me to wait inside until my Uber picked me up while we chit-chatted. They were both courteous and kind as well as professional. While I am fully vaccinated for Covid, I wore masks and so did they. I felt very safe. When I came back to pick up the car, I was so incredibly happy to see the quality of work done for the interior detailing. He got all the corners and spaces. He did a very thorough job. Don't get me started on the headlight restoration! It was soooo cloudy and now I can see way better. I just moved to PA to area where there isn't a lot of street/highway lights. Coming back from NJ late this weekend, I immediately saw how much more light came out and how much my visibility increased. I'm so happy with the job well done and feel so much safer now driving down these dark roads! I am so happy with everything and will use them again. As a matter of fact, my mom was so impressed that she is going to schedule an appt to detail her truck once we settle on a long weekend when she can visit. Definitely recommend. A++

I highly recommend Detailing by Jonathan. Jonathan and his Dad were just a lovely team to work with. I found Jonathan through Google search and went for a "Sell Your Car" service on my 2009 VW Rabbit. Every nook and cranny of the car's interior was meticulously detailed and it smells like a brand-new vehicle. I also appreciated that Jonathan pointed out a couple small and quick repairs to address to get the car better than sale-ready, and gave me advice on car sale sites on which to post my vehicle. Please support this local family-owned business!

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to in this case. I recently had my mother's BMW detailed because, quite frankly, it was disgusting. Grandchildren, a big dog, carting around mulch had made the leather just so nasty and dirty. Jonathan detailed the car so that it looks like new. I wish I had thought to take before and after pictures. Thank you for doing such an excellent job!

MOST STAINS ARE NO PROBLEM AND ALTHOUGH WE GENERALLY HAVE OUTSTANDING RESULTS WITH REMOVING STAINS, WE CAN'T GUARANTEE IT WILL BE FULLY GONE. SOMETIMES IT CAN TAKE MULTIPLE DETAILS TO GET THE STAIN COMPLETELY REMOVED. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL DO THE BEST POSSIBLE JOB TO REMOVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. IMPORTANT - HAVE A BIG STAIN OR ONE THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR MONTHS? READ THE EXCESSIVE STAIN SECTION.

We are only human and with that, mistakes can happen. Regardless of the reason for your unhappiness, we will work on the issue and do everything we can to get your car to meet your expectations. Please realize some spills (especially any with reddish dyes), can actually damage and dye carpet and upholstery fibers. Once this occurs, these fabrics can be cleaned, but color change is permanent unless material is replaced or re-dyed. You will not leave unhappy. I guarantee that.
