I made an appointment which was scheduled for 3PM. I was told to bring my ID, insurance card, referral from my dentist, and a list of medications, which I brought with me. I arrived for my appointment at 2:52PM. I was met at the door by someone asking if I had an appointment. I told her yes, at 3PM. She asked my name, and then proceeded to tell me that my appointment was cancelled because I was late. I told them my appointment was at 3, and I was in fact, early. They insisted that my appointment time was 2:45, and told me I had exceeded their 5 minute grace period. When I asked to speak with the office manager, she was conveniently in the bathroom. I called back to the office, and was hung up on. I called again, and was placed on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. My thing is this…if you give someone an appointment at a certain time, HONOR IT!!! Be a professional when someone asks to speak with the office manager.

It was great . Dr Sista was very good didn’t feel anything & the tech that did the filling also good. So far the people that work here r friendly & accommodating to my needs. The facility follows hygienic protocol.
