Bison raised with respect and allowed to live like Bison makes healthy meats. If we are what we eat, then this is the food I want. A family farm who cares. The Bison is delicious. Definitely worth the drive away from corporate chain grocery store to experience food the way nature intended.

No. Bison are still wild and naturally, only make enough milk for their calves.
We have NY strip steaks and my bison eat more real grass than most of the meat sold as "grass-fed".
