Beautiful views, super friendly host, convenient shower house & laundry (bring detergent bc no dispenser). Easy check-in. Glad we found this place! Lake access (somewhat steep descent if mobility issues/handicapped). Fishing wasn’t fruitful, other than a bullhead catfish (caught via host tip of bait & leaving line out). Host even helped us gather branches to start a fire!

What a true hidden treasure this park is! The owners her are amazing! It’s pretty close to Alexandria and Pineville but far enough out of any populated areas to feel that country vibe! It’s situated right on Cotile lake. It has a camping atmosphere rather than a rv park . Tim and Angie ( the owners) are on site and are welcoming and accommodating to the guests needs. They bring customer service to a whole new level. The spaces themselves are large. Enough to make you feel like your not in your neighbors space. Can’t wait to come back through! Highly recommend this park!

Staying a week here. Cute RV park near Alexandria, LA on a small lake. Very quite. We travel with our 42'foot 5th wheel and space 13 works well for us. It's near the laundry area.

Beautiful place and has the largest RV sites I have seen in a campground. I love the shower house, it is very open and I do not feel claustrophobic. Very clean and super quiet campground. Most of the other campers that I met are medical professionals like myself helping out at local hospitals. Laundry on site. One thing that I thought was really special is that they do not use excessive outdoor lights at night to attract more lightning bugs!
