This place is terrible compared to other Paneras, incompetent staff.

They missed my items and charged me and when I called the person who answered the phone, he was extremely rude. Panera charged me but didnt give me my food. Disappointed!

They always out of something, I was today there like every Friday and they forgot to give me my chips and I go to ask for that and that lady was so rude...is a nice place but always out of something and sometimes I ask for eat there and they put on to go bag
