Store hours plainly state 7:30, waited 30 minutes in the parking lot and they officially opened at 8:05, that's the first issue. Second issue is UPS dropped off one of my packages here, and lo-and-behold when I walk in to pick it up they plainly state it's not here when it shows proof of delivery on UPS' website. Guess I need to do a claims process at this point. But I would never honestly shop here seeing how that is how my experience was handled first thing in the morning. I suggested they change their store hours on their front door and the employee simply looked at me plainly and said "I'll suggest it to them". Overall, bad service, not helpful.

They do not follow the posted hours that are on their door. Closes early with no signs.... opens late. It changes daily. What a joke. I'm told they are open till a certain time by a manager, I go to pick up ordered parts and they are closed early... Update: Monday morning, not open on time again, still waiting to pick up a part I ordered. Officially done with advance auto parts because of this experience. Advance was my go to place for auto parts. But the lack of availability, lack of care for the customer, and obvious disregard for timing has pushed me elsewhere.
