New patient appointment. As a person who has worked for many different doctors office I wanted to call because there was Accident on Highway on my way there to find out what was the late grace period. As soon as I stated that I had an appointment and I might be running late was asked to reschedule reception did not offered a grace period for the appointment. I had to ask if one was possible, my work schedule it is very hard for me to leave work early and They where highly recommended. Made it to the office by 4:16 . No friendly welcome. Receptionist looks at me and says it’s 4:16 I need to ask doctor if you can be seen . At the end I was asked to reschedule because I was one minute over ..
