This is the worst HR for USPS ever I been out of work going on two weeks haven't heard anything. I have bills I have to pay im still in the system but not working. This is a huge issue that they have. No one answers the phones there voicemail is full. You cannot get intouch with anyone. It's very discouraging. I'm about to look for another job. If I can give no stars I would have.

Contact the department of state (which is the office that ACTUALLY makes the passports). They will ask a series of questions to determine whether or not the change is drastic enough for an updated photo
