I had a very pleasant experience having bloodwork with phlebotomist Courtney during a morning appointment. I hardly knew she took blood (and my veins are VERY difficult to find) as she was someone interesting with whom to converse. Thank you Courtney for your professionalism and your friendliness!

The people who work in this office are very nice and hard working. But good luck working with Quest. My family got Covid tests 3 days before an international flight, the earliest you can book a test ahead of a flight. Quests promised a 24-48 hour turnaround. They returned the first two test results, both negatives, in around 36 hours. The last one, the positive test, didn't come in until almost 72 hours later and the day after our flight. So not only did we have the expense of getting to and from the airport and taking a paid Covid test there, we also exposed a bunch of people to Covid in the process. All Sunday, I tried everything I could to get in touch with someone at Quest but just got a runaround on voice systems and the Internet. I tried calling their client services team multiple times after the test came in to get an explanation and was only given blame shifting excuses and told that I wouldn't be receiving any further explanation than "sometimes we get backlogs", which doesn't make a lot of sense when our two other tests came back on time. They shouldn't be in the Covid testing business if this is the attitude. This is an irresponsibly run company that takes no ownership of its problems and has no accountability to its customers.

Made an appointment ahead of time, so there was a minimal wait time as expected. The experience was smooth and unpainful. A lot of negative comments about "long wait times" I saw here..well I would strongly advice to schedule an appointment ahead of time or else be ready to wait a bit.
