Winn-Dixie Labelle is a stain on the franchise. Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers by Riverdale are far superior. Avoid at all cost. The drive to the Riverdale store is worth the time. You can stop at Rooster's on your way back to Labelle.

I have been going to this Winn-Dixie for 20 years. I only had trouble in the past with a pharmacist but they have resolved that. Everyone is super friendly and the store is very clean for as much business as it does. Plenty of parking and the store manager is a great guy!

Kim needs more training before working in customer service. My first time at this Winn-Dixie today, I watch Kim be very rude to a co-worker and rolled her eyes at us (the customers.) I would not shop here again because of this experience. Winn-Dixie, the company and any person above Kim, should hold their employees to higher standards. It is evident that management should look into a sort of customer service training for their employees, or hire individuals who have good experience in customer service. Terrible experience.

I love how big and organized the store is! Never had any issues shopping here. I'm editing this a year later with the same thoughts except BETTER. These were given to me and my absolute favorite are Stargazers. They lasted nearly 3 weeks and they smelled SO good (an acquired smell) I was very happy AND extremely impressed!!! They have a wonderful floral department-updated photos-
