No communication. Nobody answers their phones. The office staff does not appear to know what is going on. Pretty unprofessional. excruciatingly frustrating because of the lack of communication. I went through the program and I lost quite a bit of weight, so I am happy about that. I will say however, the office staff does not answer their phones at all. Everything goes to voicemail so that if you are trying to ask questions or I get some answers over the phone. Quite literally it’s impossible. Nobody will answer their phone.

Thank you for saving my husband's life! He had Gastric bypass surgery in April 2021, he was 347 leaving hospital, as of today he just 200!! He no longer needs half the medication he was taking.
