Walked in walked up to booth and employee yelled at me because I accidentally stepped on some string they literally had across the room. I didn't see it. No Hello, welcome to party warehouse no nothing they wouldn't of even acknowledged me if I hadn't stepped on their strings. Disgusting customer service. This place use to have amazing customer service! They lost a great customer. Adios. Party City it ism

Party Warehouse has decorated our school for multiple events as well as my daughter's birthday. The balloons last for a VERY long time. They are amazing!
