My husband really needed to be seen for him foot and they were the only one that was opened and online said nothing about when the last patient will be seen so we drove across town. The lady that work there was very rude telling us you can't expect to walk in 10 minutes before they close and closed the door in our faces. They need to update their website to say the last patient is taken at 6:45 so people won't waste there time and gas trying to seek medical attention

Here's a suggestion CVS minute clinic. How about doing the phone screening shortly after I sign in, instead of having me wait in the hot parking lot for an hour and a half while I feel ill, only to have you call me for the phone screening when my assigned "appointment time" is, and have you determine that I cannot be seen? I don't think this would be difficult to implement, and it might make your sick patients feel a little better.

Very unprofessional their “policies “changes every time I come! It’s like a whole bunch of children are running the place then on top of everything they’re trying to push CVS products on you when it is not necessary according to their own paperwork! They really need to train their employees better! I mean is the minute clinic there for a sales pitch for the treat patients?

So I made an “appointment” online. It told me to be here 5 minutes before, but I got here 10 minutes before just to be sure. When I checked in on the kiosk, it told me that I would have a 39 minute wait... Also I’m still sitting here waiting and it’s also most been an hour. I’m sure they are swamped and I’m pretty’s sure there is only one person working. But why give out incorrect wait times, why make “appointments”, and why do you only have one person working when there are two doors especially during the flu/junk months? Do not come here if you do not have the time. You might be waiting for 3+ hours. ** I have been here before and this was not an issue. I was in and out in an hour. The PA was super nice and very helpful. This is my only reason for two stars. They should be given to the PA, not the clinic.**

When I went in for suspicion of having flu/cold symptoms the nurse practitioner I spoke to said if I wasn't too far along since I started having symptoms, that they would treat me for it but I started having symptoms almost 4 days prior so that was on me.
