A company representative came to my house and inspected my roof. He said I had a lot of hail damage and would send me an inspection report by the end of the day to turn into my insurance company for a new roof. Furthermore, he said after I turn the report into my insurance company, he would meet with the insurance adjuster (at any time). It has been over a month now and I have not heard anything from him. He does not respond to text or phone calls. I don't know anything about the quality of the company's work, but this is not a good indication of responsiveness if you have work done. Update: The company representative contacted me with an inspection report to send to my insurance company and reason for delay. I'll do a final update to the review at the end of the process. Update: The insurance company denied most of the claim. The company representative said they would work on the appeal with the insurance company, but they ghosted me after the 1st adjuster didn't agree with most of their assessment. Not recommended.

I had some issues with communication between the original rep/contractor for the company by the name of Nick (?)Dunrow(?). I was reconnected with another rep by the name of Travis Herford and their customer service more than made up for the first bad experience I had. They were patient and very understanding of my situation. It turned my 1 star review into a 5! Travis, if you're reading this, I really appreciated talking and doing business with you! Thank you for your kindness. I hope you keep your wonderful, bubbly personality. It made this situation so much easier to deal with!

I highly recommend working with Gabriel if you need a new roof. He makes the process very easy and is there for you along the entire process. We had some very specific asks when getting our new roof put on and the attention to detail wasn't missed.

I had great experience back in 2017 and recent repair in May 2022. Brian Green was my rep and he was very nice to work with. Super fast process, very professional, easy to communicate. Strongly recommend him and this company!

Hi Rene I'm sure you've already gotten an answer to this question but Any Metal Roof Is a "Class 4, Impact Resistant (I.R.) Roof System" Metal is in this category along with Tile (Concrete or Clay) and also a Large variety of composition asphalt shingles.(That's where a confirmation is mainly needed) however ALL Metal again is CLASS 4..😁

I Dallas, yes, unless it is a small repair. In Fort Worth, no, unless you are replacing the decking.
