Multiple experiences where I’ve called and been told their sharpener would be in at a certain time, we rearrange our schedule to be there, and they’re either late or not there at all. After seeing this review, rather than ask how they can do better and make it right, the RUDE RECEPTIONIST just banned us from ever returning. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really can’t with this company. We have had them come out twice and issues with both visits. The receptionist was the BIGGEST issue….nothing but attitude even when you’re just asking questions for clarity. Acts like even scheduling an appointment ruins her entire day. Several blades were dragging after the second visit, we asked to have them fixed and received no response. When asking for the third time for a sharpening visit, I decided this will be our last with Fort Worth Shaver specifically because of how disrespectful the receptionist is. We will be using a more professional sharpener going forward.

You need to go to 1900 Mongomery they do most of the sharpening. They can help you.

Yes an I travel 20-25 minutes for them to fix an tune up my clippers. They are moving, to new location. Be sure to ask if they have moved yet.
We do have a few gaskets left in stock. It would be best to bring the whole thing in to be fitted.
