There is no additional charge for local pickup at the Dallas County Courthouse - Civil Processing. Once documents are picked up you will be notified electronically and able to view OCR scanned documents and status online 24/7. All major credit cards accepted.
If you upload a document to serve at CT Corporation system after 12 p.m. documents will be served next business day. We however have served documents received after 12:00 PM and were still processed and served within minutes!
Yes, all documents to serve for registered agent, CT Corporation System, National Registered Agents, Inc and Vcorp Services, LLC are served same day for $35.00. We do not charge printing or rush fees. No charge for efiling in Texas No additional charge for local pickup from your office or local Tarrant & Dallas County Courthouse! We are locally owned since 1994
For documents which are 100 pages or less there is no printing fee. There are no hidden or up charges associated with the delivery of service.
