Rooms are very clean and spacious, but the breakfast falls short.

The hotel needed repairs and the TV remotes (because we asked for another) did not work and staff on duty didn't try to help. The lady checking us in wasn't friendly but the one checking us out was superb. She obviously needs to rub off on the other staff member.

The room was clean and decent , we had a comfortable stay the 2 nights we were there . but the front desk staff michelle at check in was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an issue with some information on my reservation and when I went up to get answers and find a solution the following morning, had no luck once again with the front desk staff. Sadly i didn’t get her name but she was also EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. So I went down later on that night to see if I had any luck speaking to someone who’d actually listen to me THANKFULLY the front desk Erika on the other hand she was so nice and answered all my questions! Need to hire more people like her. For a nice decent hotel you’d expect the staff to be more friendly and respectful but it was quite the opposite , to me it seemed like they just didn’t like their job. I , myself work at a best western so my expectations were pretty high before checking in. 😏

Room was decent. A little tired, but clean. The elevator could use an upgrade. The service was adequate, but not friendly. It was an overnight stay at a good price though. Close to the airport and had a 24 hour shuttle.
