It’s open 24 hours but no restroom and I had to go all the way to the store because library wasn’t open at night shouldn’t be open 24 hours if you guys can’t put bathrooms… 😡

I was thoroughly enjoying this pier for the past few months. It had just been renovated or restored after the storms. There weren't many people there and the pier was almost completed. Because it wasn't crowded I enjoyed the fishing immensely. During the holiday season you could see boats going by with light on them which was very beautiful. since the completion of the pier it has been getting steadily more and more crowded. Some nights you cannot find much space on the pier for fishing. Sometimes guys are there with 6 to 10 fishing poles taking one whole side of the pier. I don't find that fair or very courteous to others. The sunsets are beautiful. And being that it's open 24 hours is also a big plus. I also like the cleaning stations available for those who want to clean their fish there.
