Best buy has fallen far far to the wayside. Here in Fresno California they don't open till 11:00 a.m., the service has been super horrible. You'll ask someone a question they'll say yeah I'll be right back and they never come back. The lines for geek squads are out the door and the employees act as if they couldn't care less. I was hoping to maybe buy a radio and have it installed, free installation is a huge ploy as they just mark up other products to cover. Not to mention I think it was a three-week wait for installation.

I have a refurbished hp desklet plus 4155 printer that won't line up to make cd front and back covers. Can you come out and fix it? If so how much will it cost.

I need to use a computer to restore my iPad. Can I just walk in to do this? Also, is there a charge?
