Full of homeless people. No place to sit cause they spread out sleeping on the train in the early morning. Nothings being done about it either for the actual paying customers.

You must call 214-979-1111. They will ask you what day and what airport. They speak Spanish and the call is free.
There is a parking garage nearby in front of the new hospital building. The parking lot on the opposite side of the train station from the hospital is for employees only.
There is a ticket kiosk where you can use a credit/debit card or cash
I haven't noticed a free parking at this station
This happens sometimes, depending on a lot of factors. It can be due to heavy traffic, rush hour, sometimes there could be a problem with the bus
