If I could give zero stars I would. I went with my mother to see about her lower back pain and knee pain from an injury. He did a cortisone shot in her spine for the lower back pain which seemed to help some initially but the pain was back within a week. But after that surgery she’s had continual dizziness and nausea. He was really not interested in prescribing anything for those issues since that had never happened after that type of procedure before with any patients. He acted like he didn’t know anything about the knee pain we had talked about on a prior visit, even though she had brought X-rays to his office on that visit. It seemed it was all about what the insurance would cover and what it would not cover. He did not have good bedside manner, was condescending, and definitely seemed interested in being done with her. We are definitely looking forward to being referred to another doctor for her knee pain.

It’s a shame to even call this man a provider, doctor, or surgeon. I attended my fathers follow up consultation after his surgery only to hear Dr Feng talk over him and tell him that the stimulator he planted in my dads back rejected the surgery. What a crock of lies. Little did he know I have my RN degree and manage a Health Plan. His jargon of excuses and overtalking my fathers concerns were of no value to the situation. He spoke in medical terms only and gave less than a poor explanation of the experience. He told him that he saved his life. Long story short my father lost the ability to walk and be independently mobile. He was perfectly healthy prior to the operation but had back pain and was told this was his ONLY option. Dr Feng told my father in front of me that there’s nothing he could do and I’m done with you. I took this to a formal complaint to CMS and the insurance board. The “red tape” takes the medical records from the provider as if they would find an error from the same provider. Disgusting to say the least! Happily hr is seeing a new surgeon who says the stimulator is still an option but was misplaced by Dr Feng

I am 3 yrs late in posting my review but after looking at other negative ones I feel obligated. I'm assuming the same receptionist is there since she was extremely rude to everyone every time I was there as well as the phone calls I overheard. As far as Dr Feng goes I'm assuming he's a good surgeon since he was recommended by my dr(I decided against surgery) , but not a good human being(at least not at his office). So I chose to find a surgeon that has the capability to be both.

Claudette is correct, just call his office and request a copy of your records. There is a fee, I'm thinking $25 not positive on that amount, but pretty much every office charges for your records now. They have to pull the charts, sometimes from storage, and copy each page individually. That's all there is to it!
