Scammers!! Beware. The place itself is nice, it’s WHO they have running the front end, they’re students and young adults that clearly haven’t had any customer service trying and could careless about the tenants that live there. Parking is a nightmare, and you have to wait on a wait list that will never become available to you. Car was broken in many times, windows busted, CSI crime scenes in front and being a young lady walking at night was the scariest! You have to park in the residential area and walk 1/2 block with groceries. Half way through my lease they had already had someone set up before I could say if I wanted to extend or not. Office staff needs to be replaced, and parking is scary not safe!!

I don’t see why everyone is only putting one star reviews unless they’re bots. But I’m having a great experience living here so far! I have had no real issues. The staff is always ensuring they clean up any messes right away. The rooms and closets are huge!! Everything is brand new since it was built recently and there have been no issues with bugs or anything similar for that matter. The staff at the front desk has always been friendly too whenever I head in. So I don’t see why everyone is posting so negatively about this place. I like it here! You’re definitely getting what you paid for.
