Coming to this location makes me want to shop online or shop directly through brand vendor, which is unfortunate because I would much prefer supporting a free standing store. My brief encounter with Jade was an exception to my experience and she was professional and kind.

Well because I was 10 mins late, I write this in full gratitude. Before my appointment I was called twice asking me to come in early. Which my schedule did not allow. I did not choose a specific make up artist, as I was more focused on time availability. When I arrived the individual that ended up doing my makeup walked away, I was then greeted by a manager/ schedule coordinator explaining they could only give me 15 mins. Not problem Again, I was late I ended up getting 10 mins with of services And was charged for 30. Outside of feeling rushed, as they were overbooked or inadequately staffed. I'm sad. I'm sad that there was no grace That the first 5min of my arrival was met with avoidance. Sad my service was only 10 mins Sad we still have 10 mins unaccounted for Sad they rushed me Sad for poor customer interaction. Grateful they still saw me, grateful I have a finished looked
