They do not rent the mobiles. They only rent the space. Many people buy a mobile in the park.

I think 50 or older , they might make exception just for you folks won't hurt to try it, my grandmother lives there great people

The bill has the space rent, Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, trash, Recycle. You are still paying for what you use. It is just all on one bill.

You really need to talk to the office to see if there are any empty spaces available and how do they handle getting rid of a old mobile.
