Took my son here and Dakota cut his hair. She wasn’t very welcoming. As soon as my son sat in the chair she asked him if he wanted to sit in the chair or a booster (he’s 7 and soft spoken) and I didn’t hear his response but I heard her tell him his head needed to be passed the seat or else he was going to have to use a booster (his head did not pass the seat) so I said okay then we can put him on a booster and she responded “yeah I asked him if he wanted a booster and he didn’t say anything” with a tone. She made no talk with him besides telling him which way to move his head, while another awesome lady behind her was talking and laughing with a little boy the whole time. I was ready for my son to get out of the chair honestly and go but she had already started on his hair. She also had to ask someone to help her with the cut. I should’ve left right there. The one who helped her, I did not get her name but she also seemed to be in a mood. Dakota asked me how much i wanted chopped off the top of his head, i told her an inch. She called me over to look at his hair and it didn’t even look like she cut the top of his hair so i then again asked her to cut an inch off his head, she said “i trimmed it, do you want more?” Well yes, I’m asking you to chop an inch. Overall the place is nice and clean but she made the experience unwelcoming.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, my wife took my son to get a hair cut and a 5 year old can cut hair way better than the rude lady ROYSHANIQUE, no customer service skills and definitely needs to go back to school, i got upset and told my wife to take my son back tomorrow to get it fixed by someone else, i am not paying for that lack of professionalism
