I love the Fuzzy's in Southlake where I usually go. I visited this location a few weeks ago. It wasn't busy at all but my order took much longer than normal. Then when I got it home, I had a burnt quesadilla. Wasted time, money and appetite. There's a Mexican Cafe a couple of blocks away I may start going to instead. It costs a little more but they don't burn your food.

Editing my previous review and giving 5 stars. Any GM that takes the time to get my information to personally call me and apologize and offer to remake my entire order(the food wasn’t the issue before) is definitely worth giving another chance. That truly shows you are trying to make a difference and I appreciate that. Thank you again and I will return. Normally I love Fuzzy’s but the last 2 times I was here it was the worst service I’ve received in a while. Ordered online today and was told to pick it up at 6:47pm. Get there, wait in line just for the guy to tell me, we are out of fish, no problem I get another choice. Well I literally waited almost an hour for my food. Over an hour from the time I placed my online order. EVERY customer that came in after me received their order except 1. They were 2 guys short and while I understand that. There is no reason why my ticket should have been pushed to last and I have to literally wait for every single person except mine. I will not return to this location again.

The chips had stale chips thrown in with the good so you never knew what to expect, but this wasn't the worst. The reason I will not return to this location was the total chaos. When entering and sitting down one music station was playing. Then the kitchen employees turned another station on, playing and singing loudly. The first station was loud but was drowned out by the kitchen playing and singing. Which left customers with two competing stations playing loudly. This made for an unsettling lunch. Glad the employees have a good time. It certainly let me know where the customer places here. No concern for the customer!
